Completely frustrated, I ordered my Pulse and when it shipped, it was stolen at port, which wasn’t Pulse’s fault, but they have dragged their feet ever since then to do anything. I asked for a refund and got no answers, and when I finally got an answer, they claimed I could only get a refund in crypto if I connect a wallet….seems scammy.
