New to the product used it for a total of 3 sessions so far. On the 3rd session it failed to record one of the participants, I have yet to figure out why. And so far SquadCast Support has interacted with me like a AI bot and not answered my simple questions like where is the recording? and why did this occur? The missing audio participant shows up on he merged cloud audio/video file with the other people in the podcast just fine.... Support has been subpar, just keep sending me white papers on how to record in Squadcast, never just having a conversation with me to figure this out. I need to why this occurred if I am to continue to use the product.
