We created Paragon to help our friends in the service industry. All of us used to work in the restaurants, and seeing what happened in NYC devastated us. We had a lot of our friends asking us, “Can you help make an Old Fashioned” or “Do you know any comedians”, and wanted to do something. We then realized we can help create a marketplace for people to hire from the talented individuals...

Hi PH fam, Today we're soft launching Paragon, a curated marketplace for hiring for your virtual parties and video hangouts. We had a lot of friends cross country trying to socialize and invited some contacts who were drag queens, comedians, bartenders, DJs, chefs etc...on to the call to guide us along and it was surprisingly really fun. While I agree that the kitchen has yet to be be optimized by tech, I'm unsure as to how this product comes into practice. This would have to be outfitted to every waste bin, and assume that food waste is easily categorized. How does this monitor waste from finished dish errors vs early stage prep of one ingredient used across menu items?

Congrats on the new version! When I first used the app, I recall it being more focused on imagery rather than activity for determining places of interest. Excited to see how this grows. Also are you all using Button's integration for uber/foursquare/Yelp?

Neato! I think this could really take advantage of "Hints" instead of only buttons to reduce multiple cards for the same request. Also being able to type more phrases would be nice. We made that switch in our bot here: http://m.me/tastingtable

For the "More Info" button, where are you all sourcing this data? All 4 of the restaurants I matched with returned an empty result after the query.
