I got to learn about the product from their recent promo on AppSumo. A bit buggy but great response to fix stuff up. But since last weekend, there has been no response and no messages either. I am sympathetic towards any new venture and know it's just not that easy. But there are ZERO excuses for not responding. My best wishes to them...
