I have tried lot's of social media managers and this is the best for most users. You can organize different companies and spaces and user sets and it just works for almost everything. Only one fail, it double posted me a couple of times. Otherwise flawless in nearly 2 years of use.

Stunningly simple app that is generally in the background reducing the noise in your Inbox and letting people donate to your favorite charity to get your attention. It's early days and could use some sprucing still but you rarely are in the GUI, it works hand in hand with your Gmail to tame the clutter and reduce the noise so you can concentrate and get things done.
