What’s the Most Useful “Non-AI” Tool You Still Rely on Daily?

With AI tools launching every other day, it s easy to forget the simple non-AI tools that still get the job done, sometimes even better.

For me, it's

Trello for clean, visual task management

AMA: From Pro Athlete to Tech Founder – Built a PM Tool with AI Assistants & Real-Time Chat! 🚀

Hi Everyone! I m Jerry, a software engineer and entrepreneur who built Swatle, an AI-assisted project management tool that helps teams complete tasks, not just manage them. Why Swatle? I saw a gap in traditional tools like Basecamp, ClickUp, and Asana. They help you organize tasks, but they don t help you get things done. So, I built Swatle combining real-time messaging like Slack and AI-powered assistance to make work execution smoother. Bootstrapped & Launched Built with a small team (just 5 members ) Launched on Product Hunt & got 100+ sign-ups Targeting SMBs & startups looking for AI-driven productivity Ask Me Anything! Whether it s about building a B2B SaaS from scratch, How to find the right problem to bring up the solution, launching on Product Hunt, or lessons from bootstrapping, the mistakes I made, I d love to share my experience. Drop your questions!

Do you prefer minimalist or feature-packed tools?

I used to lean toward feature-packed tools, thinking more options were better. But now, I prefer minimalist tools that do one thing really well. They're less overwhelming and more focused. What about you? Do you like simplicity or all-in-one solutions?

It took me 6 months to realize this!

Building a startup is like pulling a heavy load you either need a strong team or the strength to carry it all on your own.

Do you think the same!

I stopped seeing the day as 24 hours beacuse I need 8 hours of sleep to fuel the intense work.

Are there any particular women who have inspired you, and if so, how have they influenced your life?

Jeanne Baret, Frida Kahlo, Virginia Wolf, Sabiha Gokcen the ones first appears in my mind. I respect women in history and I believe it was even harder to achieve any success back then.

If you could recommend just one book that everyone should read, what would it be?

For me, it will be - Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind by Yuval Noah Harari. The book has helped me to understand the world a little bit better and make me rethink a lot of topics. Which one is your favorite?

What advice do you have for someone launching on Product Hunt for the first time?

I'm getting ready to launch on Product Hunt for the first time and wanted to ask everyone here what advice they have for someone who is relatively new to the platform. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!

What do you prefer for marketing? Twitter or LinkedIn? And why? 🤔

I feel on LinkedIn it's easier to get attention. And on twitter it's "expert mode" only unless your a mega star like Elon musk Side note: I started to organise a gist on "LinkedIn-rate-limits". Check it out if your interested: https://gist.github.com/eonist/6... Drop your insights / opinions bellow. Thanks
