Am I being a little silly? I got a new API key (Personal, not paid) and tried to add it at the prompt, keep getting an error 'Incorrect API key provided, please try again'. Any guidance please..

I search the Help and could not find if the app had unified inbox for social replies. It's really needed, otherwise you have to have many tools still 'open'.
