Jensen Harris is co-founder of Textio, the AI company launched in 2014 to help companies hire and develop remarkable teams. As the visionary behind augmented writing, he combined standout UX with some of the earliest LLM technology and led Textio’s R&D—engineering, product, and design—for ten years. From 2024-2026, he served as Textio's CEO, where he led the team that created Lavalier—the world's best interview intelligence platform. He continues to guide technical and product strategy as a member of the Textio's board. Previously, in over a decade at Microsoft, Jensen led the creation of the early user interface of Outlook, the Office Ribbon, and the touch-optimized Surface experience.
