Just discovered this via the New Mac Essentials list. None of the functionality is unique, but what I like about this is the very intuitive gesture to access it (scroll down from top of screen.) Much better than yet another hot-key to remember!

Facebook-only is kind of a deal breaker for me. I do have a burner FB account but am loath to use it, and my girlfriend (who's the main person I want to listen to music with) is highly allergic to all social media and would never join FB. If you need a federated login to avoid having to run your own identity service, I'd suggest adding Google.

I've wanted something like this forever. But I don't like using Spotify … any chance you could get this to work with iTunes and Apple Music?
