Congrats for launching tinyfaces! I needed an alternative while UIfaces was down. But I wonder if people realize that right now 90% of the avatars are white males. The rest that I can identify - 3 female avatars and 6 avatars, out of 36. Can I just encourage non-WM to add their avatars? (Tell your non-WM friends!) Otherwise, designers who use this plugin will only add mostly one kind of avatar...

I thought I was the only person who thought about this! I'm so happy for a tool like this, because I design for users of various ethnicities and of course, of both genders. I asked my female friends to submit their avatars as well. We need more real women's faces because most of the female avatars on Dribbble are only suitable for dating apps, if you know what I mean.

Is CareerDean a developers-only community? I've seen general questions with answers that assume OP is a developer. What are your thoughts on this?

I stumbled upon CareerDean when David Heinemeier Hansson hosted an AMA. I find the community valuable for tech people of all ages. People post questions about how to compare offers, how they should switch career paths, how to negotiate, etc. It's like Quora for career-related questions. I only wish it existed earlier! @teamcareerdean

It's like LINE's keyboard (it automatically suggests emojis as you type, no switch needed). If it comes on Android I'd like to try it out.
