I'd really love to recommend Luma. It has everything I want for my events, except that I can't set a timeline for how many days people have to use their credit when I make a credit pack in memberships. Luma already states to customers that the credit never expires. Which is bad for business. I may not be doing the same types of events or services they paid for down the line, and it takes away...

I love Pinstripped. I host a weekly Zoom meeting as a Volunteer Coordinator. After each meeting. I send a copy of the meeting notes to the leadership team. I love how easy it is for them to view it on their phones and to print it with their action tasks. The only negative I have has to do with teaching me how to use each function in other ways. A webinar or tutorials would be helpful.
