I had a terrible experience with Airalo – my account was hacked, fraudulent charges were made, and when I contacted customer support, it took over 12 hours to get a response. They only refunded one charge, and even after deleting my account, the hacker regained access and made more charges. I’ve researched online and found many others with the same issues recently, so I strongly suspect there may be an unreported data breach. Do your research – check out review sites and other user comments to verify these claims. It’s clear that Airalo’s security and customer service are lacking, and I can’t recommend using their services. Stay safe and avoid Airalo.
