Very slow to ship cartridge refills unless you order a couple months at a time you will run out... even if you pay extra to expedite still waiting and it's been over 3 weeks. Also the cartridges you order they come to in a box have a ghost ship label around the top the car did you order single for the 349 do not have the Go sip around the top and even if you put your flavor at five you will only get one use out of it I have a 32 ounce bottle and I put ice in it and I run out of flavor with the single cartridges before I drink the entire bottle
