I wear three hats and I've stopped apologizing for it. I am a nephrology nurse by training, which means I think in protocols, catch what others miss, and work well under pressure. I have also spent time on the other side of the hiring table, sourcing candidates, screening talent, and managing the kind of admin chaos that quietly breaks teams if nobody owns it. I am on Product Hunt because the tools I use at work matter. I am always looking for what actually solves the problem, not what looks good in a pitch deck.
