Jeb Kratzig is a general manager with nearly two decades of leadership experience in high-volume retail operations. Known for building accountable and structured teams, he has guided multiple stores to higher performance while promoting more than 15 employees into leadership roles. Since 2014, Jeb has managed large-scale operations, overseeing more than 90 employees in Cathedral City, California. He focuses on systems that improve efficiency, from inventory planning to labor models, and applies consistent coaching to develop people. Jeb is recognized as Captain of the Year in 2017 and leads with trust and discipline. Outside work, he lives in La Quinta with his wife, follows football closely, and maintains a strength training routine.
