They are terrible. They keep charging you even after confirmed cancelation.
What needs improvement
HORRIBLE! I cancelled this immediately this past January. I received the acknowledgement that it weas cancelled. I just realized that they have been charging me until yesterday. I sent them the cancel acknowledgement, and they only refunded me $19.99 of the $219.89 that they overcharged. They refuse to refund me the fraudulent charges. They have lots of reviews like this. Apple needs to remove them! Ive filed can FTC report against them and my credit card co is handling.
