This hits close to home — the "what did I even do this year?" panic before every performance review is so real 😅 One thing I'd love to see: integrations beyond commits. A lot of a developer's actual impact lives in Jira tickets, Notion docs, code reviews, and Slack threads — none of which show up in git history.
