At first glance, I really love this and have spent a couple hours thinking about where to test this in my app. The thing that I am hung up on is that we don't want conversational responses. It's like we are humanizing the wrong side of the conversation. Ex: [Form]: Nice to meet you Jane. What company are you with? [Jane]: I'm with Great Biz Co., a small company in the Midwest that makes widgets.
