I used this for customer interviews today and it worked great, thanks for making it. Transcription accuracy wasn't perfect but more than usable. Clean and easy to navigate quickly. Your pricing model seems fine with one gripe: It isn't obvious that the overt "Retranscribe Now" CTA button counts the added transcription against your monthly allotment.
