We built Asterix-Find after seeing how broken job applications are—students spam hundreds of roles, recruiters drown in irrelevant resumes, and no one wins. Instead of keyword matching or mass applying, we focused on semantic relevance + intent. Asterix only applies when a candidate actually crosses a confidence threshold for a role.
