I am the founder of Hirerizz, a tool that scores every job against your resume so you know which ones are worth applying to. I built it after living the problem myself: hundreds of job boards, thousands of listings, and no clear way to tell which jobs fit. Before this I spent about five years in performance marketing, where every rupee of ad spend had to bring a result. I managed roughly Rs 10 crore a month across Facebook and Google. That taught me how real people react to messages, prices and sign-up forms, and I use it to decide what to build and how to reach job seekers. I am based in Delhi and building Hirerizz on my own, with AI coding tools. If you try it, tell me what you think. Good or bad, I want to hear it.

What would make you trust a job match score enough to act on it?

Hirerizz scores every job against your resume and shows what matches and what is missing. A score only helps if you trust it, so I want to learn what makes you trust one.

I would love your view on three things:

1. When you see a match score on a job, what else would you want next to it before you apply?

2. Is it more useful to see why a job fits, what is missing, or both?
