I’ve spent most of my career building SaaS products for teams who work hard behind the scenes. Along the way I’ve met so many freelancers and small agencies who carry an enormous load while trying to keep projects on track. Their stories stayed with me. ScopeShift grew out of those conversations and the patterns I kept seeing. I wanted to create something steady and practical that helps independent professionals protect their time and run their work with a little more calm and clarity.
