I don't understand the raving reviews of this tool. It's far too complicated to be useful. I don't even know what it's supposed to be. A wiki? project management tool? automation platform? I think it's trying to be too many things at the same time and definitely isn't for small businesses with less than 5 or so team members.

very easy to setup, plenty of options for training it on your content and reasonably priced if you don't mind their logo on your bot. I would give it 5 stars if it had an API. They recently released 'actions' which is cool, but it would be nice to have SSO and the ability to associate user chats with their account on my site.
