So far, so good. The easiest combo I've seen for clean, healthy eating and macro counting. Recommended targets very closely aligned to RP.
Pros: Super easy format combining Macro counting and meal prep/planning. Simple foods and easy to navigate
Cons: Options to eliminate some foods. My wife and I both use so it would be great to have similar shopping lists.
