With TeamBot.ai all the basic task related updates are reduced to a drop of a message in chat window. You don’t need to launch an app or open the spreadsheet. Create new task or subtask, log time spent on a quick micro-task or start and stop a timer on a task, update the status or estimate of some task, mark a task blocked - everything can be done directly from the chat app. Just drop a message. (And when you need to do something more, just drop a message and launch the fully featured web app directly from the chat.)

- Accurate time tracking with chatbot following up at various moments such as the end of day, end of planned duration or estimate running out.
- Advanced estimate tracking - most likely, minimum and maximum ETCs, see how the estimates sum up and see when a new task with no estimate comes up.
- Elaborate task access permissions fitting the needs of larger companies with many people (read, update, delete, add child records, edit attributes and more),
- Organizing people into teams and subteams to assign tasks and permissions to groups of people at once.
- Accept or reject tasks that are assigned, assign the tasks to a group of people with only one of the assignees required to accept.
- Dependency management - mark task as blocked by other task.
- Knowledge management + interruption management - log and track help requests and questions, store the answers attached to the project and task hierarchy.
- Change log with undo/redo.
- Import and synchronize tasks lists with Atlassian Jira Software or spreadsheets stored in Google Drive or Office 365 SharePoint. Integration with Zapier is the next top priority.
