I love this idea. Hiring at a startup usually involves incredibly tight timelines (we need someone 2 weeks ago!) paired with little expert oversight (you'll have a recruiter guiding the process if you're lucky). This tool is so valuable in helping startup teams find the right people as quickly as possible. Really great to see more community collaboration/knowledge sharing happening around this...

Love the regional focus of this. Yes, there are more newsletters (blogs, podcasts, any other type of content) than ever, but it's not getting any easier to find the right content for ME. Looking forward to following along : )
