After subscribing, I had 20M tokens, of which I only used 1.4M, leaving me with 18.6M tokens. Unexpectedly, my token balance dropped to 670K, and despite having no prior rollover or usage issues, support has not resolved this for over 5 hours. I’ve submitted screenshots, browser data, and explained the situation clearly, yet no actual fix—only promises that my case is being reviewed. This has blocked me from continuing a critical project with a deadline, and the delay has significantly impacted my productivity and trust in the platform. If I knew this would happen, I would have taken a snapshot of my token balance. I’m sharing this publicly because I believe in transparency—and because private support channels haven’t delivered a solution.
