I lead a small team (8-10 people) responsible for the development and operations of three products. We manage around 20+ services across two environments (development and production). Therefore, having a suitable tool to enhance daily operational efficiency is essential. We considered Kubernetes, but its complexity and high operational overhead make it unsuitable for a small team like us....
