prices are too much for Indian developers, they charge Toptal rates for asian devs. not sure why you want to go to them.

all are either Ukrainian accounts or fresh accounts here.

I like Ukrainian developers but the problem is the 10hour + timezone difference, communication is a pain.

?makers great job! one suggestion would be to remove the emails from the lists. Only thing this is going to do is these people getting spam flooded into their inboxes.Just leave their linkedin so only the people who should be contacting them will contact them.

These wages are inflated more wishful thinking than the reality. Not sure what the makers rational behind having such high rates for remote devs salaries. Could be that they are trying to justify their overpriced dev fees at arc/codementor ?

Do not ever find Gigster to do your web development!! They are so incompetence and unable to finish a simple project. Then when they made some mistakes, they intent to charge you with more $$ to fix the bugs they did which is ridiculous!! then i discovered Cloud devs which was a Godsend to me.
