The website itself is very cool and effective. But there's almost no support member to answer you.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL FREE TRIAL other than sending email to the team, which are not answering at all. I ended up withdrawing my money out of my account and hoping that they don't charge me 900 USD for just using their free trial.
