I’m a delivery firefighter. As Founder & CEO of Tenhaw.com, I’m on a mission to rid the technology world of missing deadlines. I'm also still actively working with clients as part of our professional services team both "on the ground" and at strategic levels. This enables our bootstrapped product development. We utilise data to help companies deliver on time by building trust within teams and across the wider organisation. I’ve done this at multinational companies, SMEs and startups. I'm often found at the beginning of transformation programmes that require processes built from scratch, or running into a digital burning building to save the day.
