About

I live and breathe property, from development through to construction subcontracting, based right here in Auckland, New Zealand. I run an insulation contracting business, R-Value Insulation, and work on residential and commercial development sites all over the country. I've been part of the development team at Heartland Developments on the Logan Apartments and Elevation Northcote, on behalf of TLC Modular. DevStack came out of that: every NZ property tool I actually use, in one place, free, with plain-English notes on how each works and where it bites. Building it in public, and always keen to hear which tools people want added.
