Just to add to what my predecessors said (totaly agree with what they've said), couple technics you might want to try if you're not doing them already: - good code reviews - team members will see exactly what and how was done. Also helps with knowledge sharing, bus factor, communication, etc. - pair programming/working (this can be done in different configurations than just dev/dev) - just like...
