NinjaChat is so easy to use. I can get a setup within minutes and connect my social media to the system. It's a very convenient tool for me to communicate with my customers through different platforms. I can easily manage my customers' requests through NinjaChat, so I can stay focus on other tasks then respond to each inquiry. In addition, NinjaChat has a great customization feature. I can use it as a live chat tool to interact with my visitors or use it as a chat tool to easily communicate with my remote employees. Overall, it is a great product for me to manage my business.
