This is really cool and definitely a time saver. I agree, it's way too easy to spend a lot of time on Airbnb. I am wondering if you could take this one step further because finding the places to add to the list would still take a lot of time. What if you could generate a top 5-10 chart based on ratings and comments while also using parameters, such as location, price, vacation time. Then...

This is awesome. Great interface and super easy to use. I have a quick question. Once the price of the trip is calculated, is it set in stone? Is there a way to monitor hotel or airline prices around my desired vacation time if I plan far in the future to offer a cheaper alternative vacation in the same place?
