Folk is fantastic, I've used it previously with my startup and am considering it for my nonprofit, it's an incredibly thoughtful CRM that (and I can't stress this enough) doesn't become a chore. I spend lots of time with new startups, consistently recommend this, and only ever have had positive feedback returned. The templating speeds things up and the AI + syncing only accelerates it further....
