Passion often comes out when there is a new strain of informationcoming to feed the concept. It's extremely easy to be passionate about something for the first few weeks you start learning new stuff. Real passion comes up when you are able to feed your product for a much longer period of time. When you get to the point of having a vision of your product in the future and you are able to imagine...
How important is it to be passionate about the problem your business is solving?

An email with "Use our app for Free for 30 days" might work, you need a hook and be straight to the point about what you do in one sentence. I will be using cold outreach in the later stage. I think it just became more demanding when it comes to people willing to click on your emails. They want value without getting their credit card out. Building trust is the way to go.
Do you think cold outreaching works? We're trying different approaches but still skeptical.

For me, that would be money, able to delegate most of my work = and more free time to chill! ;D I always went with the formula "money=time+energy spent". Cheers!
Would you rather have more time or more money?
