All of the tasks on their AI marketplace, can easily be done by anyone with half a brain. Why would anyone pay someone else to use ChatGPT?

Hello, as a real estate professional, this can save a lot of time! The user experience is a bit confusing so far. After creating an account, there were no templates offered. I had to go to the website to add one to my workflow. But now it is a bit confusing how to edit and share the template.
