I used their service while working in Korea and had a positive experience with thoughtful UI and satisfactory support. However, I'm doubtful about its potential in the competitive US market. Unlike Korea, where options are limited, the US market offers more choices, and the pricing compared to other competitiors doesn't seem favorable to me.
