All necessary solutions in one place❗ I can keep a list of all my recruitment processes, job offers, candidates and contractors, track my HR budget, and plan every HR project on Kanban boards. I also often use the automatic candidate suggestions. I do not have to manually review applications anymore - the system does it for me. This makes the whole process more efficient. 📈

I'm so excited about how everything is changing, including employers' approach to employee experience, companies to automation, people to green topics, sustainable business, and so much more. It's hard to follow it all, but I think it's worth it, because every change is an opportunity for personal development.

When I lose concentration, I check my to-do list and choose the task that is easy to do or is most interesting to me at the time. This way, little by little, I reintroduce myself to doing my duties with proper concentration.
