I’m Ivan, founder and developer of Worksite Ready — an AI-powered construction assistant built from real job-site experience. After 10+ years working in the trades — from labourer to carpenter to dry liner — I saw how easily small mistakes cause big delays. Forgotten tools, missing materials, late deliveries — the same issues repeated on every project. When I moved into project management, I realised how much time could be saved if something could think ahead for you. So I taught myself Flutter and built Worksite Ready — an app that helps tradespeople plan projects smarter. It automatically lists tools, materials, steps, and rough costs for each job, sends invoices on the go, connects you with local pros, and includes Worksite Buddy AI for construction advice and quick estimates.
