I'm sorry, but this isn't at all accurate. When you view a website on iPhone X (that hasn't been especially optimised for iPhone X), it automatically adds margin down the left and right so that the notch and rounded corners do NOT obscure any content. Hmm, am I the only one struggling to see the point of this? Yes, it's cool and clever, as Google is probably learning lots from it. But as for being useful to users, surely if you want an icon of a cat, you'd be better just typing in the word "cat" and clicking a result then attempting to draw one! Same result, but faster and easier.
