Say a friend's grandparent passes away. You're compelled to message them and say something nice, but its hard to find the words. Offering condolences is hard to put into words, especially if you want to say something uplifting, make them laugh, be positive, etc. This helps with that, with settings on cultural tones, message style and language. It's a good length to copy into a message.
