I’m curious, what’s one thing you set up wrong the first time in your Skool community (onboarding, payments, rules, automation, etc.) that you’d definitely do differently now?

Automation definitely saves time. One thing I’ve noticed is that automated messages work best when onboarding and first actions are already clear otherwise engagement still drops, just faster.

Interesting positioning around replacing Facebook groups. One thing I’ve noticed across Skool communities is that early engagement often depends on how clearly the first action is defined for new members.
