Tartar is an image optimizer and compressor with a powerful and flexible API. The wonderful thing about it is that it can create multiple optimized copies of an image per request, and it can store optimized images on your behalf to your S3. Uzel link automatically detects from what device it is accessed and redirects accordingly. Additionally, it has an API so you can create Uzels programatically for free.
