I love how it's so STUPID-simple. It just works -- particularly after I setup the UserScript (dead easy!) and now it's all totally AUTOMATIC.... And I FEEL so much more zen. When I'm done with a crappy video and would normally get distracted and open up another crappy video (or 5! haha), I just close the tab and I'm OUT. Done. Finito.... Based on upward spiral theory and other research, I came up with this BlissList idea over a decade ago and used it to overcome clinical depression (with a paper version). Now it's an app! ... (Just desktop at this point, but working on a more mobile-friendly version too). And I'd really love to know what folks think and how it could be improved :)
