I already have a range of faces in Cadran, but I m still exploring what makes the most sense on the desktop long term. Would you push this more toward minimal utility, more expressive watch-face style designs, or more ambient information like weather and motion?
One thing I m still figuring out is where the line is between something useful and something too decorative. I wanted Cadran to feel integrated into macOS, but still calm enough to live on the desktop all day. I d be really curious to know what people here would personally want most from something like this: minimal faces, more playful ones, weather, motion, per-monitor setups, or something else entirely.
Cadran renders customizable clock faces directly on your Mac wallpaper, behind your icons. It also works as a native screen saver, supports multi-monitor setups.
