Love the aim towards transparency! Equity can be such a meaningful part of an overall comp package, yet employees are rarely walked through the implications or downstream monetary value before they sign a comp package.

Cool idea! Those are so frustrating to come up with. Just a thought: my internships/volunteer work in college have no bearing on my current career. Looks like it's muddling all my experiences together. Would be interesting to tease those apart to focus on the relevant parts of my career.

Love the idea! What is the score out of? I'd love to see some bands to orient around. For example, is a score of 44 going to be a sunset I don't want to miss?
