I come from a business background and made my way into tech where I fell in love with solving real problems through thoughtful product design, planning roadmaps, and shaping how ideas become working products. Over time, I found myself drawn to the finer details: how things behave, how they look, and how users actually experience them. That curiosity led me to QA testing and UX evaluation. I have a real passion for understanding how users move through a product, what might confuse them, and what makes an experience feel smooth and intentional. I like catching the issues others overlook and helping teams build products that not only function well, but feel right to the people using them.
