LiveAgent or LADesk is one of the best we've started using and building our startup RTIwala. Being a CTO it's my prerogative to find a best and affordable tool and LiveAgent fits the bill. It has all the essential features you needed to run your customer support. I wish to have more improved/better UI and mature iOS and Android app.
